The rise of the Delta variant has forced many organizations to extend their travel restrictions through 2021.

As we get closer to the proposed in-person conference, we are finding many of our members are unable to attend. As a result, the board has decided to switch to a virtual meeting in 2021. The event will be held one day, October 20, 2021, from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm CST. There is no cost to attend the event.

We apologize for the late notice. We recently were able to negotiate a change to our date to 2021 with our Hotel partners, Embassy Suites Energy Corridor. We thank them for their continued support and understanding during these times.

We have rescheduled our in-person event for March 30-April 1, 2022. We ask you to please save the date.
