(Houston) GOMaximo is pleased to announce Chris Hammond of IBM as the 2024 Keynote Speaker.

Chris Hammond currently serves as the IBM Distinguished Designer: Sustainability. He leads the work to define user experience patterns so that clients can operationalize their sustainability ambitions. He helps teams across the business define user experiences to drive product innovation. He is recognized as a design-focused thought leader with strong external eminence and demonstrated high levels of design practice.

Prior to this role, Chris was a part of the IBM Design Program Office. He focused on helping teams deliver excellence in customer and user experiences, mentoring and coaching business and technical leaders and their organizations to create the conditions for human-centered innovation to thrive.

He contributed thought leadership to the evolution of Enterprise Design Thinking for IBM. He also led the development of the IBM Design Research practice.
